Venue Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-antic-didone-font-family has-x-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Clients agree:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-antic-didone-font-family has-x-small-font-size\">\n<li>To use the venue responsibly and respectfully<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To comply with all health &amp; safety regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure guests behave appropriately at all times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not to exceed agreed capacity limits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-antic-didone-font-family has-x-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to end an event if behaviour is unsafe, illegal or causes damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-antic-didone-font-family has-x-small-font-size\">7. Damage &amp; Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-antic-didone-font-family has-x-small-font-size\">\n<li>The client is responsible for any damage caused to the venue, property or equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-antic-didone-font-family has-x-small-font-size\">8. Suppliers &amp; Third Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-antic-didone-font-family has-x-small-font-size\">\n<li>Clients may use external suppliers subject to prior approval<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for the performance or services of third-party suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-antic-didone-font-family has-x-small-font-size\">9.
